Island Flavourites (IF) is a family run catering and food truck business which has been in existence for just over 26 years. We are very intentional about creating wonderful surprises that will absolutely sweep you off your feet. With the burst of authentic Caribbean flavors reflective in our incredible range of mouth-watering options, the customers become hooked. We are committed to providing an incredible combination of island infused cuisine. Each dish has a unique blend of dry spices and fresh herbs which are tailored to our customers dietary needs. However, we do not compromise on taste. IF’s handed down recipes add distinctiveness to our dishes especially the sweet tangy Pineapple chicken, zippy Jerk chicken, slow cooked braised oxtails, salads and yummy Island burgers. All these divinely delicious dishes burst with seasonings straight from home.
